Condos May Pop Up Soon in Folsom

John Laing Homes is looking to develop a 225-condo development along the Folsom parkway development. The condos expect to range from $195,000 – $240,000. Condos, a relatively attractive lower-cost option to single family homes, are beginning to rise in popularity in Sacramento, as they are expected to pop up in Folsom, Roseville, and North Natomas.
