Floating Port-O-Potty Creates Controversy

The American River Parks District has recently installed several new lake ‘port-o-potties’, or floating toilets, on Lake Natoma. One of which was recently installed directly under Lake Natoma Crossing. The location has since been moved, however it is still in plain view of anybody looking at Lake Natoma from the Old Folsom or Rainbow Bridge area.
