Mervyn’s to Occupy Lot Next to Target

Mervyn’s is planning its first Sacramento-area store in 16 years, at the corner of Blue Ravine & East Bidwell. The 78,000 square-foot store will be located directly next to Target, in the vacant lot which currently resides there.
